For those who do, and have read Friday's comic, I have: a spoilery pondering:
Reading through the Scary Go Round forums, I see a lot of people doing a "oh god, I can't believe you killed her again" sorts of things.
I read the whole thing as, the airplane incident, seeming throwaway, is there as (it turns out) a warning/advance notice: "I, John Allison, am perfectly capable of ressurecting Shelley by any means possible. Do not fret overly much should she die." Thus, it is a notification to us that he will be playing around with Shelley being dead, but it won't be permanent, and we shouldn't worry.
But instead, everyone seems to be worrying. Am I reading it wrong?
