So, the last few nights I've been trying to wrap my schedule around to be like a normal person. Basically, I shifted myself onto a 26-28 hour day, going to bed two to four hours later each night--2pm, 4pm, 6pm, then 10pm. Normally I require eight hours of sleep when doing twenty-four hour days, so you'd think I'd need the same or more with a longer day, but for some reason I've gotten only 6 hours of sleep each of the last few nights. I'm fairly certain this is coincidence--I don't recall having this experience other times that I've let my day run long--but it's weirdly consistent.
