not a beautiful or unique snowflake

At least five years ago I started getting these stupid dxva_sig.txt files appearing in the directories where I played certain movies. The workarounds suggested back then that I googled for involved turning off video acceleration, since apparently that component was involved in the creation of the text file.

Five years later, whoever has this bug still hasn't fixed it, and the googleable fixes are unchanged. Go software!
